Some Facts on Oscar
Oscars are powerful tropical fish which usually loves to move objects from one place to the other in an aquarium. Adult ones which are about 12 inches in length and at an average 2 pounds in weight can in fact move heavier objects like even big rocks. Oscar fishes have lots of food and thus the waste they excrete is equally towards a heavy amount. They are usually very delicate in nature and cannot withstand water of a poor condition. They need a bigger size aquarium which has a capacity of minimum fifty five gallons. Oscars should always be kept with a filtration system in the aquarium.
